What happens to a team entry fee if the tournament changes, if MCF cancels, or if a team withdraws.
A registration sits at payment status Pending until the League Office has verified the entry fee. If you have not paid and you decide not to enter, there is nothing to refund. Tell us at info@megacorporatefutsal.com and we will close the registration and offer the place to the waiting list.
If MCF cancels the tournament outright, or cannot hold it at all, every verified entry fee is refunded in full. Refunds are returned by the same route the payment arrived by wherever that is possible, and are issued within 30 days of the cancellation being announced.
If MCF has to move the date or the venue, your entry carries over to the rearranged tournament automatically. If your team cannot make the new arrangements, tell us in writing within 14 days of the change being announced and your verified entry fee is refunded in full.
Once an entry fee has been verified, a place is held for your team and taken out of the 24. The earlier you tell us, the more of the fee comes back, because the later a place is returned the less chance there is of filling it and the more has already been committed for your team.
A withdrawal request must be sent in writing to info@megacorporatefutsal.com from the registered team contact. Notice is counted from the date that request reaches us, not the date it was written.

Percentages apply to the BDT 15,000 entry fee, so a 50% refund returns BDT 7,500. No administration or processing charge is taken out of an approved refund: what the table says is what you get back.
If your place is filled from the waiting list after you withdraw, MCF refunds the full entry fee regardless of which row above you fall into.
Entry fees are not refunded where a team is removed for breaking the Terms and Conditions, for serious misconduct, or for failing to appear on matchday without notice.
