Regulations.

Every League Office member, staff member and volunteer agrees to these before joining. They exist so the League Office can run a professional, accountable event, and so every member knows exactly what's expected and what they'll receive in return.

  1. All members must follow authorised League Office instructions.
  2. Members must maintain professional behaviour online and during the event.
  3. Mandatory MCF posts must be shared within 48 hours unless a written exception is approved.
  4. New members will remain under observation for two days.
  5. Members must complete assigned duties on time.
  6. Failure to perform duties may result in removal.
  7. Members cannot make unauthorised statements on behalf of MCF.
  8. Confidential event, sponsor, team and member information must remain confidential.
  9. Harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour and misinformation are prohibited.
  10. Members must attend required briefings and assigned shifts.
  11. MCF logos, designs and credentials cannot be used without permission.
  12. Roles may be adjusted according to operational requirements.
  13. Volunteer positions are unpaid unless a separate written offer states otherwise.
  14. Removed members lose website access and public profile visibility.
  15. Members cannot object to reasonable removal resulting from non performance or a clear policy violation that they previously accepted.
